Job Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Coordinate with production, warehouse, and transport teams for smooth dispatch flow.

Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation including invoices, gate passes, and delivery challans.

Track shipments and handle customer queries regarding delivery status.

Ensure proper loading, packaging, and labeling of materials as per dispatch protocols.

Maintain inventory records related to outgoing stock and update the system regularly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.

Key Skills:

Strong coordination and communication skills

Knowledge of logistics and dispatch procedures

Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch software

Ability to work long hours and under pressure
