We are looking for a Dispatch Executive who will be responsible for coordinating dispatch operations, managing inventory of gift samples, and supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Dispatch & Logistics
Coordinate and execute the dispatch of orders and gift samples to clients and partners.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery with proper documentation (invoices, packing lists, courier slips).
Liaise with courier and transport vendors for smooth operations.
Inventory Management
Maintain records of all gift items, samples, and marketing materials.
Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Raise purchase requests when inventory falls below required levels.
Marketing Support
Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare and dispatch promotional kits, samples, and materials.
Assist in organizing marketing events and exhibitions by ensuring timely dispatch of required items.
Support marketing executives in tracking dispatched samples and collecting feedback from clients.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and share daily/weekly dispatch and inventory reports.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
Good communication skills for coordination with vendors and internal teams.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Preferably from a marketing or FMCG background (added advantage).
