Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter cutting order data into the system as per production plan.

• Record fabric consumption, lay details, marker efficiency, and wastage reports.

• Maintain and update bundle charts, cutting summaries, and lay slips.

• Verify data accuracy by cross-checking with manual records and physical counts.

• Generate and share daily/weekly cutting reports with the relevant departments.

• Support cutting supervisors and planners by providing timely and accurate data.

• Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.

• Coordinate with the planning, merchandising, and production teams for order updates and changes.

• Assist in maintaining cutting inventory records (fabrics, remnants, trims).

• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
