Operate computers and software systems to perform data entry, documentation, and daily tasks.
Prepare and manage customer billing/invoices accurately using accounting or billing software.
Create and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and other operational reports.
Maintain and update company databases, records, and logs.
Handle document printing, scanning, and file management.
Assist in maintaining stock records, dispatch entries, and inward/outward data.
Coordinate with team members and departments to collect or provide data as needed.
Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Applications or related field preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
Experience in billing software like Tally, Busy, or any ERP (preferred but not mandatory).
Fast and accurate data entry skills.
Basic knowledge of computer systems, printers, and office hardware.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
