Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining experiences by delivering prompt and professional service, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.

• Present menus, provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).

• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.

• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

• Clear and reset tables between courses and after guests leave.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area.

• Process customer payments using POS systems.

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in customer service is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tables and work in a fast-paced environment.

• A team player with a positive attitude.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Basic math skills for handling payments.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
