Job Summary:

We are seeking a well-groomed, service-oriented Steward to join our F&B team. The Steward will be responsible for supporting dining operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with food service and setup. The ideal candidate should be polite, efficient, and have a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests politely and assist in seating (if applicable).

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting as per standard procedures.

• Ensure the dining area remains clean and organized at all times.

• Coordinate with the kitchen staff for order delivery and refills.

• Maintain knowledge of the menu and ingredients to assist guests with queries.

• Handle cutlery, crockery, and service equipment carefully and hygienically.

• Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards as per company policy.

• Follow FSSAI and food safety protocols during service and handling.
