1. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
2. Assist Food & Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
3. Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
4. Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards
5. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
6. Maintaining stocked serving stations with condiments, trays and napkins
7. Clear tables efficiently after guests finish their meals
8. Refill water glasses and provide additional condiments as needed.
9. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces.
10. Handle basic customer inquiries and address any concerns professionally.
11. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
12. Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of dishes and utensils.
13. Assist in restocking supplies as necessary
14. Assist in general upkeep of the dining area, including floors, restrooms, and other public areas.
15. Stock stipulated Food & Beverage areas with ice, as required
