• Oversee daily functioning of the Film City Restaurant / Staff Canteen / Cafeteria.

• Ensure high Quality food, Kitchen Hygiene, Safety & Cleanliness in Restaurant.

• Maintain Inventory & Cost Control

• Manage Kitchen Staff (Chefs, Helpers, Servers, Cleaner)

• Ensure timely & Efficient customer service

• Support Chef in Menu Planning

• Manage supply Vendors & Procurement

• Actively pursue sales opportunities for Film Crew meals.

• Maintain discipline and professionalism in Kitchen and Restaurant
