Guest Service Excellence: Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Team Handling: Supervise and guide the service team, assign duties, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Order Management: Manage order taking and ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers.
Hygiene & Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant as per company guidelines.
Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory for daily operations like uniform, cutlery, and stock of beverages and condiments.
Training & Development: Assist in the training of new joiners, ensure product knowledge and service standards are maintained.
Guest Feedback Handling: Proactively handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring quick and positive resolutions.
Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen and management teams for smooth restaurant functioning.
Compliance: Ensure team compliance with company policies, grooming standards, and operational protocols.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the food & beverage / QSR / restaurant industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Customer service-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems is preferred.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
