Restaurant Captain

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and guest-focused Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate should have experience in team handling, customer service, and day-to-day operations of a restaurant or QSR setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead service team members during shifts

• Ensure smooth dine-in and takeaway service operations

• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints with a positive attitude

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at the outlet

• Train and guide new service staff as per SOPs

• Take responsibility for billing, order taking, and table management

• Ensure proper coordination between kitchen and service staff

• Maintain stock levels for service items and coordinate with the store/kitchen team

• Monitor attendance, grooming, and discipline of team members

Requirements:

• 12th Pass / Graduate in Hotel Management preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in QSR / Casual Dining / F&B service

• Good communication and team handling skills

• Knowledge of POS systems and basic billing process

• Must be presentable, punctual, and responsible

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
