Kitchen Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and working areas.

• Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper usage of cleaning chemicals.

• Dispose of kitchen waste in a safe and hygienic manner.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen floors, walls, and ceilings.

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is stored properly after cleaning.

• Refill and maintain stock of cleaning supplies and chemicals.

• Support chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.

• Follow safety and hygiene protocols as per hotel and government regulations.

• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Stewarding Supervisor.

• Assist in setting up kitchen areas before operations and closing them down after service.
