Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Captain to lead and manage the restaurant or banquet service team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a good understanding of food and beverages, and the ability to supervise service staff to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters, stewards, and service staff

• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction in the restaurant or banquet area

• Greet and seat guests, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages

• Resolve guest queries or complaints promptly and professionally

• Train new service staff and ensure adherence to service standards

• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow

• Manage table settings, cleanliness, and order in the dining area

• Ensure all safety and hygiene standards are maintained during service

• Assist with billing and cash handling when required

• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering restaurant supplies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 month–6+ years of experience in food & beverage service

• Strong knowledge of menu items, table setup, and service procedures

• Good leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Pleasant personality and professional grooming

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing procedures

• Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management or F&B Service is preferred
