Job Summary:

We are hiring a well-spoken, professionally groomed, and customer-oriented female F&B Hostess / Steward to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring excellent guest service while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally

• Manage seating arrangements and reservations efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front-of-house area

• Serve food and beverages as per hotel/restaurant standards

• Ensure tables are cleaned and reset promptly after guest use

• Communicate guest preferences and service issues to relevant departments

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in service and dining area

• Respond to guest queries politely and ensure a positive experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass; Hotel Management diploma preferred

• Only female candidates

• Well-groomed with a presentable and pleasant personality

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English

• Basic knowledge of food service and hygiene

• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred (but not mandatory)

Preferred Background:

Candidates with experience in hotels, luxury resorts, or fine dining restaurants will be preferred.
