• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (GMP, GHP).

• Assist in stock management, replenishing supplies when needed.

• Adhere to company SOPs and brand guidelines for service and product preparation.

• Handle customer queries and resolve any concerns with a customer-first approach.

• Support fellow team members in daily operations and tasks.
