Videographer

Job Objective:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to capture and produce high-quality training videos that clearly explain the internal workings of our t-shirt manufacturing unit. The goal is to make video content so clear and simple that even a layperson can understand and replicate each process, including the operation of machines and standard work protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Record step-by-step video footage of our manufacturing processes, including:

Machine operations

Packing

Stitching

Cutting

Finishing and Quality Checks

Break down complex tasks into simple, visual instructions

Collaborate with team leads to understand each task thoroughly before filming

Edit videos into short, clear, engaging training clips with voiceover, subtitles, and callouts where needed

Organize and label videos systematically for training and onboarding use

Ensure lighting, angles, and audio quality are suitable for clarity

Suggest improvements to visual storytelling or instructional content

Maintain backups and archives of all video footage

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience in videography, video editing, or instructional media (portfolio required)

Familiarity with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut

Ability to simplify complex tasks visually

Strong sense of clarity, storytelling, and audience understanding

Basic knowledge of manufacturing or garment processes is a plus

Ability to work on-site and adapt to a factory environment
