We’re looking for a fast, efficient, and proactive Video Editor who thrives in a high-output content environment. You’ll be the go-to person for daily reel and brand content edits, supporting both our Social Media and Brand team. If you can turn around high-quality edits (reels, brand content, founder content, and more), love motion design, and can actively leverage AI tools to enhance speed and creativity - this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: 1. Video Editing & Post-Production: ● Edit raw footage into short and long-form content (Reels, YouTube, ads, etc.). ● Apply motion graphics, colour grading, and sound design to polish content. ● Maintain strong visual storytelling and brand consistency across all outputs. 2. AI-Powered Video Production: ● Utilize AI tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Pictory, Synthesia, etc.) to enhance workflows, automate editing tasks, and generate content more efficiently. ● Stay ahead of emerging AI video technologies and proactively implement them into content strategies. 3. Content Creation: ● Work on Reels, BAU content, founder-led content, brand videos, and paid adcreatives. ● Create snackable, performance-driven content with strong visual appeal.
Project Execution & Collaboration: ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to timelines and detail. ● Work closely with the social media and brand teams to deliver content quickly and efficiently. ● Participate in brainstorms, adapt to feedback, and own execution from brief to final edit.
Required Skills & Qualifications: ● 3-4 years of experience in video editing and content creation across social and digital platforms. ● Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects. ● Hands-on experience with AI video tools and automation platforms. ● Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, music, and audience-first content. ● Motion graphics, audio mixing, colour correction, and basic animation skills. ● Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and used to managing multiple projects. ● Team player with great communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred (Not Mandatory): ● Prior experience working with D2C, food, or consumer brands. ● Experience creating ads, influencer edits, or high-conversion short-form Content
