Eligibility Criteria

·       Educational Qualification: Diploma, Degree, B.Tech/B.E. graduates (pass-outs only)

Shift Timings

·       Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 3:15 PM

·       Shift 2: 3:15 PM to 12:30 AM

Work Location

·       All RC locations in Kukatpally area

·       Meenashi Towers (limited to 50 seats), Gachibowli

Note: Training will be conducted at RC locations. (1 to 2 weeks)

Work Schedule

·       Working Days: Monday to Saturday

·       Weekly Off: Sunday

Compensation

·       Salary/ Stipend: 10K/Month

·       Performance Bonus: 3K/Month

·       No Stipend / Salary in the training period (1 to 2 weeks)

·       No shift allowance

·       No transportation allowance

Document Submission Requirements

·       Candidates must submit any one original educational certificate (10th, Intermediate, Diploma, Degree, or B.Tech).

Bond Terms and Conditions

This internship is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.      Internship Duration:
 The internship will be for a period of 6 months.

2.      Early Exit Clause (Before Completion of Internship):
 If the intern chooses to leave the role before completing the 6-month internship, they will be required to bear the training cost of ₹50,000.

3.      Employment Extension:
 Upon successful completion of the internship and based on performance evaluation, the intern may be offered a full-time employment opportunity. An official appointment letter will be issued at that time.

4.      Early Exit Clause (After Employment Extension but Before 1 Year):
 If the intern exits the organization after being taken on rolls but before completing one year from the internship start date, they will be required to bear a cost of ₹75,000.
