Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished video content that aligns with our brand's vision and objectives. This role requires proficiency in various editing software, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Edit raw footage into high-quality videos, ensuring a seamless and engaging narrative.

• Collaboration: Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver content that meets expectations.

• Audio & Visual Enhancement: Incorporate music, sound effects, voiceovers, and graphics to enhance the video's impact.

• Color Grading: Apply color correction and grading techniques to ensure visual consistency and appeal.

• Format Optimization: Prepare and export videos in various formats suitable for different platforms, including social media, websites, and broadcast.

• Archiving: Organize and maintain video files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.

• Feedback Incorporation: Revise and refine videos based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Avid Media Composer.

• Creative Skills: Strong sense of storytelling, attention to detail, and an artistic eye for composition and timing.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Motion Graphics: Experience with After Effects or similar software to create dynamic visuals.

• Audio Editing: Knowledge of audio editing tools and techniques to enhance sound quality.

• Social Media Savvy: Understanding of video formats and trends specific to platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
