Video Editor

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that aligns with the brand’s vision and delivers a strong impact to audiences. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to create high-quality video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos for marketing, social media, websites, internal communication, and training.

• Trim footage segments and assemble them into logical sequences.

• Add music, graphics, dialogues, voiceovers, and effects.

• Create engaging video content to support digital marketing campaigns.

• Work closely with the creative team to understand the visual storytelling requirements.

• Manage and organize digital assets and maintain backups of all files.

• Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Handle color correction, sound editing, and basic animation when necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.

• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.

• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.

• Strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Creative mindset and ability to adapt to different content styles.

• Degree/Diploma in Film Studies, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Portfolio or demo reel showcasing video editing projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of color grading and audio mixing.

• Experience in handling different video formats and codecs.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Knowledge of YouTube/Instagram/Facebook content optimization.
