As a Social Media Marketing cum Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content and managing our social media channels to promote the hospital’s services, engage our audience, and build brand awareness. Your primary goal will be to create content that educates, informs, and drives traffic and patient visits, while establishing our hospital as a trusted name in eye care.

• Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy aligned with the hospital’s goals and brand voice.
• Create high-quality, original content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Plan, write, and design posts, videos, graphics, and infographics related to eye care awareness, patient testimonials, doctor introductions, health tips, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day social media posting, scheduling, and engagement with followers and community.
• Collaborate with doctors, staff, and patients (with consent) to develop engaging stories and visual content
• Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to promote specific services, events, or offers.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare regular reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Support other content needs such as blogs, website updates, newsletters, and printed marketing material.
