Job Title: Photographer cum Content Creator


Job Summary:

Courtyard Farms is seeking a talented and versatile Photographer cum Content Creator to capture the essence of our food brand through high-quality photography, videography, and engaging content. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, styling, and editing visually stunning content for our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other communication channels. This role requires a creative eye, technical proficiency in photography and videography, a strong understanding of food styling, and the ability to translate our brand identity into compelling visual narratives.
Responsibilities:

1. Photography & Videography:
• Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots for our food products, ingredients, recipes, farm environments, and brand storytelling.
• Capture high-quality, well-composed, and visually appealing images and videos that align with our brand aesthetic.
• Work both in studio and on-location (e.g., farms, kitchens, events).
• Ensure proper lighting, composition, and technical settings for all shoots.
2. Food Styling
• Conceptualize and execute food styling for photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring dishes are presented in an attractive and appetizing manner.
• Source props and backgrounds to enhance the visual appeal of the food.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to understand the key features of each dish and highlight them effectively.
3. Content Creation & Editing:
• Edit and retouch photographs and videos to a high professional standard, ensuring consistency in tone and style.
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media posts, website banners, blog visuals, and marketing materials.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts for content projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in food photography, videography, and social media content.
4. Collaboration & Project Management:
• Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand content needs and project objectives.
• Manage and organize digital assets effectively.
• Adhere to project timelines and budgets.
• Contribute creative ideas and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Food Photographer and Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing food photography, styling, and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in professional photography and videography.
• Excellent understanding of food styling principles, techniques, and trends.
• Strong creative vision and ability to translate brand identity into compelling visuals.
• Knowledge of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content optimized for various digital platforms (website, social media, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for food and the culinary industry.
