We are looking for a Animator to join our team at Effort to create polished and engaging video content for marketing, social media or internal use. Transform creative concepts into visual stories through compelling 2D/3D animation and motion graphics.orytelling, and technical polish to every video.We expect you to create engaging 2D/3D animations, edit video content, collaborate with creative teams, and deliver high-quality visuals aligned with brand goals. You should manage projects independently, stay updated with industry trends, and optimize content for various platforms while maintaining consistency, creativity, and attention to detail throughout the process.This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and opportunities to work on diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality animations and motion graphics using tools such as Blender, Maya, Adobe Animate, and After Effects.

• Develop and visualize storyboards to communicate motion design ideas.

• Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other tools.

• Add music, sound effects, transitions, text overlays, and other elements to enhance storytelling.

• Collaborate closely with content writers, designers, and marketers to align visual content with brand messaging.

• Optimize video assets for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, website, internal communications, etc.).

• Maintain and uphold brand guidelines in all video and animation outputs.

• Ensure timely project delivery while managing multiple assignments efficiently.

• Stay updated with the latest animation trends, software updates, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

ThGraduate in Animation, Design, Media Arts, or a related field.

• 2 – 6+ years of professional experience in animation, video editing, or related roles.

• Proficient in Blender, Maya, Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, color theory, and typography.

• Ability to craft compelling visual narratives and think creatively.

• Strong communication and collaborative skills—team player mindset is essential.

• Attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to quality
