Trainer

We are looking for a L&D Executive to join our team VRKP Ispat Pvt.Ltd. The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of upto 25000 per month and a chance to support professional growth in others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in Identifying development needs and design programs to address skill gaps.

• Support and assist implementation of learning programs

• Facilitate learning programs.

• Conduct regular talent assessments.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess business needs and align learning initiatives with business objectives.

• Understanding of the evaluation frameworks to measure the learners effectiveness is a plus

• Support in analysing feedback to enhance the learning experience.

• Create and manage training calendar.

• Maintain employee records up-to-date, track their training, certifications, and progress.

• Manage pre and post learning activities

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation and 0 to 6 month. Strong communication skills, clarity in instruction and subject matter understanding are essential.
