Job Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions for new and existing sales and service staff on automobile products, features, and customer handling techniques.
Develop and update training materials, modules, and manuals based on the latest product updates and industry standards.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve team performance.
Organize technical and soft skill workshops to enhance overall employee knowledge and confidence.
Coordinate with OEMs and internal departments for product training and certifications.
Track trainee performance and maintain proper training documentation.
Ensure all employees are compliant with brand standards and customer experience protocols.
Conduct refresher courses regularly to maintain consistency in delivery.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automobile training or related roles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong product knowledge of both passenger and commercial vehicles.
Passion for mentoring and developing others.
