Senior Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training).

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps in the sales team.

• Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and handouts.

• Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling skills.

• Facilitate onboarding training for new sales hires.

• Organize refresher courses and continuous learning programs.

• Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs using performance metrics and feedback surveys.

• Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales training with product updates and campaigns.

• Support sales leaders with sales playbooks, scripts, and training resources.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or Sales Manager with a training role (3+ years preferred).

• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and engage a diverse sales team.

• Should take care of Coimbatore, Erode and Tirupur branch Trainings
