The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations of skill development training programs under UPSDM or DDU-GKY. This includes managing mobilization, training activities, placement coordination, documentation, and ensuring compliance with government guidelines and timelines.
Assist in the implementation of the UPSDM/DDU-GKY project as per SOPs and guidelines.
Coordinate between field teams, training staff, assessment agencies, and placement teams.
Monitor daily training center activities to ensure smooth operations.
Support mobilization team in conducting outreach drives in rural/urban areas.
Ensure eligible candidates are enrolled as per scheme norms (age, education, income category, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of counseling and enrollment.
Ensure training is conducted as per NSQF standards and approved course curriculum.
Track attendance, batch formation, trainer deployment, and training quality.
Coordinate assessments with SSCs and maintain assessment records.
Coordinate with employers and placement officers for job placement opportunities.
Track placed candidates and maintain retention reports as per project requirements.
Assist in organizing job fairs and employer interaction sessions.
Ensure proper documentation of candidate files, attendance, training logs, and placement proof.
Maintain data entries in Kaushal Bharat (DDU-GKY) or Skill India Portal (UPSDM).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Support project audits and inspections by government authorities.
Ensure all activities are compliant with guidelines to avoid penalties or deductions.
Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferably in Management/Social Work/Education).
Computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry platforms like Kaushal Bharat).
1–3 years of experience in skill development projects, especially in DDU-GKY or UPSDM.
Experience in working with government schemes or training centers preferred.
Good communication & coordination skills
