Job Summary:
We are looking for skilled and customer-focused professionals to handle inbound/outbound calls from existing UK and US clients in the insurance billing sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a night shift environment, and demonstrate a strong ability to pitch services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound/outbound calls from UK and US clients regarding insurance billing queries and concerns
· Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
· Pitch existing services to clients, upselling/cross-selling opportunities
· Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
· Meet or exceed monthly targets and performance metrics
· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
Work Schedule:
· Night Shift: 8 PM - 4 AM (Indian Standard Time)
· Weekend Off (Saturday and Sunday)

Requirements:
· 0-2 years of experience in customer service/voice process
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a night shift environment
· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
· Familiarity with insurance billing processes (desired)
· Proficiency in English (mandatory):
o Fluent in English with a neutral accent
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to understand and respond to complex customer queries
Graduation or equivalent
