VIP product counselor

As a VIP Product Advisor, you will be responsible for onboarding, advising, and managing VIP clients of Shaadi.com. Your role is to ensure every customer has a smooth and value-driven experience while using our premium services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for high-value/VIP customers

• Understand customer preferences, guide them through the product offerings, and assist with profile setup

• Build strong relationships and provide personalized consultations

• Ensure seamless onboarding and regular engagement

• Work closely with matchmaking teams to align customer expectations

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and engagement targets

• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required)

• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or client relationship management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.)

• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

• Prior experience in a premium service/sales environment preferred
