Demium Research Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing equity research and advisory company, committed to delivering expert stock market analysis and high-quality customer service. We are seeking a highly responsible, experienced, and driven Team Leader to guide and support our dynamic telecalling team.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 4–5 telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Ensure the team follows call scripts and maintains a professional tone while interacting with clients.
Provide training, performance feedback, and continuous guidance to team members.
Monitor call quality, client interactions, and conversions to ensure excellent customer service standards.
Handle escalated client queries and ensure timely resolutions.
Prepare daily reports on team performance and submit them to the reporting manager.
Ensure team discipline, attendance, and target achievement on a regular basis.
Stay updated with stock market trends and provide insights to the team for better client handling.
Minimum 1 years of experience in the stock market or financial advisory domain.
Proven experience in leading a telecalling/sales/customer service team.
Strong knowledge of equity market products and services.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Highly serious and committed to work; must be punctual and dependable.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
