Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their property needs, and guiding them toward suitable options from our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.

• Present and promote Aadhitiya Builders’ real estate projects persuasively.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

• Follow up on leads through calls, messages, or emails.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and feedback.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, preferably in real estate or similar industries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.

• Basic knowledge of real estate market and terminology.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

• Fluent in [English and local language(s)].
