Job Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

• speak in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
