Job Title: Telesales Executive – Fastag & Fuel Department

Salary: ₹2.6 Lakhs per annum (₹18,000/month in hand after PF deduction)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join our Fastag & Fuel Department. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products such as Fastag and Fuel Cards. You will be provided with a customer database and are expected to convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

• Promote and sell products such as Fastag and Fuel Cards.

• Explain product benefits, pricing, and features clearly to customers.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Follow up on interested customers to close sales.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

• Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Any graduate

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service ( Max 3 months)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with Excel.

• Result-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

• Fluency in Hindi and English.

Compensation:

• CTC: ₹2.6 Lakhs per annum

• In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 per month after PF deductions
