Key Responsibilities.
Make outbound calls to existing customers and ensure regular follow-ups.
Work with set targets and timelines to meet daily/weekly goals.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Convince customers to avail services and handle objections effectively.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Provide timely updates and escalate issues if required.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Willingness to work under pressure and meet calling targets
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling, CRM tools preferred)
