Telesales

JOB OBJECTIVE :

To achieve assigned sales targets by calling prospective customers, understanding their needs, educating them about Tata AIG's insurance products, and converting leads into sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database or leads list.

• Promote and sell health, motor, or travel insurance products.

• Explain product features, benefits, premiums, and exclusions in simple terms.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.

• Handle objections, clarify doubts, and close sales over the phone.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

• Update CRM tools with call details and customer information.

• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.

WORKING DAYS:

• 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (general shift; may vary).

MINIMUM AGE REQUIRE:

35 maximum.
