Telesales

Responsible for generating sales or donations through phone calls. They contact potential and existing customers, promote products or services, and close sales deals. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound and Inbound Calling: Contacting potential customers (outbound) and responding to customer inquiries (inbound). 

• Product/Service Promotion: Clearly explaining the features and benefits of products or services to customers. 

• Sales Closing: Persuading customers to make a purchase or donation. 

• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. 

• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential sales leads for the sales team. 

• Order Processing: Accurately recording customer information, purchase details, and payment information. 

• Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales goals. 

• Following Up: Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and potentially secure further sales. 

• Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. 

• Product Knowledge: Developing a strong understanding of the products or services offered. 

• Addressing Customer Queries and Complaints: Effectively handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
