Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales. You will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold calling.

• Deliver scripted and unscripted sales pitches that describe products or services, emphasizing benefits and features.

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address inquiries.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently respond to customer questions.

• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Update customer information in the CRM system accurately.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quotas.

• Handle customer objections and turn them into sales opportunities.

• Follow up on leads and conduct post-sale follow-ups when necessary.

• Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve scripts and customer interaction strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
