Job Title: Tele-Sales Executive (Banking)

Location: Coimbatore

Salary: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers and provide banking-related information.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable banking products and services.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving queries effectively.

Update customer records and interactions in the system.

Follow up with potential customers to close sales.

Requirements:

Any graduate (Banking/Finance background is a plus).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.

Basic knowledge of banking products is an advantage.
