Position: Telesales Executive – Loan Closer
Location: Panaji - Altinho, Goa
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives

Job Role:
We are looking for dynamic and persuasive Telesales Executives to handle loan closure over calls. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers and explain loan products clearly.

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan solutions.

• Follow up with interested leads and convert them to closures.

• Maintain call records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Achieve daily/monthly loan closure targets.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in English/Hindi.

• Experience in telesales or financial services preferred.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
