Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing

team. The role involves outbound tele-calling to promote GST Franchisee products/services,

generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals

who are persuasive, self-motivated, and passionate about sales.

Key Responsibilities:

 Reach out to potential clients to promote and sell GST Franchisee offerings.

 Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and achieve sales closures.

 Maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

 Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

 Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

Eligibility Criteria:

 Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

 Age: 20 to 30 years

 Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates

 Experience: Freshers and candidates with prior tele-sales experience are welcome

Job Details:

 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

 Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 (In-hand)

 Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 based on performance
