Explain the features, health benefits, and technology behind Pure IONIA’s ionizers.
Identify customer needs and suggest the most suitable product models.
Convert inquiries into sales through persuasive and professional communication.
Follow up on previous leads and maintain accurate call records.
Collaborate with field sales teams for product demos or appointments.
Handle objections and provide relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Educate clients on alkaline water, pH levels, ORP, and filter technology.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly telesales targets.
Minimum 1–3 years of telesales experience in RO systems, water ionizers, or white goods.
Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc / B.Pharma / Life Sciences / Chemistry preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to explain technical products in simple terms to laymen.
Proven track record of lead conversion and sales closure over the phone.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office.
Background or certification in water treatment, wellness, or nutrition is a plus.
Enthusiastic, self-driven, and passionate about health & lifestyle products.
