Job Summary:

Pheme Entertainment Consultancy is looking for passionate and experienced Telesales Executives to join our growing remote team. If you have at least 2 years of telesales experience, a target-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills, we’d love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided data

• Independently generate leads when necessary

• Present and pitch company services/products effectively

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales

• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems

• Collaborate with team leads and report performance regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience (mandatory)

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills

• Self-driven and goal-oriented; ability to work independently from home

• Basic proficiency with computers and mobile tools

• Experience in generating leads autonomously is a plus
