Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic furniture sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting our range of furniture products, and closing sales over the phone. You’ll be a key player in driving revenue and delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads, inquiries, and past customers to generate furniture sales
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products
Follow up on sales leads and customer requests in a timely and professional manner
Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the Google Sheet
Stay informed about current product offerings, promotions, and industry trends
Work closely with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure a smooth sales process
Handle customer objections and complaints with professionalism and confidence
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, call center sales, or furniture sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in making cold calls and closing sales over the phone
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with basic computer literacy
