We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Executive with 2–4 years of proven success in sales to join our team. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction — all over the phone. Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases
• Present and explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into sales
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer records in CRM systems
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Confident, target-driven, and able to handle rejection positively
• Good understanding of customer behavior and sales techniques
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not mandatory
