• Persuasive Communication: Utilizing strong communication and sales techniques to convince customers to make a purchase. 

• Handling Inquiries: Answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and providing information about products and services. 

• Order Processing: Accurately recording and processing customer orders and payment information. 

• Relationship Building: Developing rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business. 

• Meeting Sales Goals: Achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and quotas.
