Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Gubbacci’s apparel products and services

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products and customization options

• Follow up on leads, quotations, and sample dispatches to convert prospects into orders

• Maintain and update the customer database and daily call reports

• Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure timely deliveries

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints with professionalism and clarity

• Gather customer feedback and market insights to improve offerings and strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in the apparel, textiles, or B2B sales domain

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and regional languages preferred)

• Ability to persuade and close sales over the phone

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer handling

• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic email communication

• A positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Prior experience in apparel or uniform sales will be a strong advantage

• Multilingual ability is a plus
