Make outbound calls to potential leads to generate interest in Gubbacci's products and services
Convert inquiries into sales by explaining product offerings and handling objections
Follow up with leads and existing customers to upsell or cross-sell products
Maintain detailed records of all interactions, follow-ups, and sales in ZOHO CRM
Coordinate with the field sales and merchandising team for smooth handovers and closures
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions
Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex queries to the appropriate teams
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service on calls
Minimum 2 years of experience in TeleSales or Inside Sales roles
Prior experience with CRM software (Preferably ZOHO CRM) is mandatory
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle high call volumes and follow structured calling scripts
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic computer literacy (email, Google Sheets, WhatsApp for Business, etc.)
₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
Final salary will be based on education background and relevant work experience
Incentives based on performance may be provided additionally
