We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a persuasive nature, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and answer customer queries effectively.
Close sales and achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database (CRM).
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Handle objections, complaints, or concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
Provide feedback on customer responses and sales processes to improve performance.
Meet daily call volume and conversion metrics as assigned.
Participate in sales training and team meetings to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
