Key Responsibilities:

• Client Service: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction and up-to-date knowledge of banking offerings and protocols.

• CRM and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate customer data and sales documentation in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• Regulatory Compliance: Uphold banking regulations and policies, safeguard customer privacy, and align with industry standards.

• Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to achieve sales goals and participate in continuous learning to enhance product expertise and selling capabilities.
