We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products or services.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer objections and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
