ISONXPERIENCES is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will engage potential clients to promote and sell our car insurance services through Acko, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact while developing your sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Effectively communicate product benefits and address customer inquiries.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or undergraduate candidates are welcome to apply.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales department.

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and any South Indian language.

Work Details:

• 6 days of working with rotational week-offs.

• Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM (9-hour workday).

• Work location: HSR Layout, 2nd Floor.

• Virtual interviews will be conducted.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹25,000 CTC.
